Sunshine Shop Studios Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sunshine Shop Studios! Our candles are hand-poured in small batches and carefully packaged for their journey to you.

Processing Time

In-stock orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days after an order is placed.

Because our products are handmade in small batches, processing times may occasionally vary during periods of high demand. If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

Sunshine Shop Studios is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Small-Batch Availability

Our candles are produced in limited quantities. Occasionally, a product may sell out while we prepare another batch. Products that are unavailable will be marked as sold out on our website until additional inventory is ready.

Warm-Weather Shipping

Candles are sensitive to high temperatures. During periods of extreme heat, we may adjust shipping or processing times when necessary to help protect your candles during transit.

We recommend retrieving packages promptly after delivery and avoiding leaving candles outdoors or in direct sunlight for extended periods.

Damaged Orders

We take care when packaging every order. However, if your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
