RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Sunshine Shop Studios Return & Refund Policy
We hope you love your Sunshine Shop Studios candles. Because candles are handmade products and may be affected by use, handling, and environmental conditions, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on candles that have been burned or used.
Unused Products
If you change your mind about an unused product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unburned, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
Please contact us at orders@sunshineshopstudios.com before sending a return so that we can provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the product and its packaging so that we can evaluate the issue.
If your claim is approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Handmade Products
Each Sunshine Shop Studios candle is hand-poured in small batches. Slight variations in appearance, wax finish, color, or other handmade characteristics may occur and are part of the individual nature of our products. These minor variations are not considered defects.
